I have had the urge for a few minutes to take all 14 of my Xanax pills. I pictured myself falling asleep after taking them and waking up vomiting with chills and a fever and being rushed to the ER and then going to a psych ward.

Help? I REALLY want to do this, so that if i dont wake up i wont have to deal with all this crap.

I dont want to survive, i just want to fall into a deep sleep and never wake up.

u dont want to do that. ive survived that and u wake up very sick ,throwing up,and the hospital makes u drink activated charcoal so i pray using your coping skills sound better than that. stay safe

i even read a suicide prevention website and it didnt help, only for a few seconds :( idk what to do besides cutting....which is a goal not to. And this website is the only thing that is keeping me on the string.

You really don't want to do that in your deepest heart. There is a struggle within you that one says "don't" and any voice that seems to be stronger and says "do it... all the pain will go away" You are struggling as to which voice you should follow. The later one sounds awfully tempting for you really do not want the pain, it is so painful. But the other voice is so gentle and caring yet so soft. But please listen to the soft voice. The strong voice is a lie. Who knows if your pain really can go away? What if not? What if you will be in the nether world consuming more pain?

As we all live in pain, everyone one of us, in lessor or greater degree, we just hope tomorrow will be a better day. We just live in the moment.

Please at least find someone to be with you. That tempted voice will go away. Yes it may come back, and you just need to find someone again to be with you. That voice is a lie.

We all live in a suffering world but occasionally there is rainbow, there is light after the tunnel though it seems dim. But it is out there if we are willing to take the walk and fight the fight.

I just lost a meaningful relationship and yet the grief of losing my son a divorce and all my personal belongings, a job, health just all resurface again. I want the pain to end so much. As if I cannot handle it more... I don't want to face life anymore.... yet, I am trying... I sleep it off, I cried, I take my anxiety pill and if it is at the point I cannot stop myself to hang on, I will call for help for I know if it is not my time to go, no matter how hard I try, it ain't happen and it could be worse off.

I am speaking with tears and please, we both hang on.
