Has anyone experienced the suicide of a person, addicted to drugs. My boyfriend had a crack cocaine addiction that he fought hard with. He lost everything and it was hurting him so bad. We struggled to get him through it I didn't know what to do it was tearing me apart and still is. I am so lost right now as I have never experienced anything like this. He was married at one time had 3 children and was a wonderful person. He was a true fighter and he didn't want to let go, I believe in the end he felt there was nothing left to hold onto?
I replied to your post in the other group. Just wanted you to know that I went through it too, it is absolutely a nightmare, and it will get better. My H died June 12, 2008. He too was a crack addict. God rest hs soul, I truly believe he is at peace now, a peace he could not find in life, a peace he could not find while in the throes of his addiction.
