I found my ex

On sunday, I realised I hadn't heard from my ex boyfriend, who was still my room mate since the day before. So I went to check on him and found he had commited suicide. I can't stop thinking about it and today I saw some of his pics and it hit me like a smack in the face. I don't see how my life is going to go on :'(

I'm sorry you're going through this. It is going to be a struggle for a month or two, just to get the energy up to do even the easiest of things. But it DOES get better, I promise! You are going to be angry, sad, lost, hopeless and confused. You have a right to feel all of these things so don't be hard on yourself if you don't feel like doing something. It is a natural part of the grieving process.

Talk with friends, be lazy if you feel like it, I don't know if spending time with his family is an option but it might help you and them.

My partner died in Jan. and we thought he had more time. Today I'm down to crying about once a week. Whereas about 6 months ago it was 3-4 times a day.

My ex fiance shot himself 7/31/11...... we have been broken up for 3 years but still friends (ive known him 6 years total). It hurts like hell, and hits me everyday since we'd spent so much of our life together. Thankfully my bf now understands why im so upset.
