Hi Judy - It really does not matter what you eat. However, if you are on warfarin (Coumadin generic) it does. Warfarin works by depleting you of vitamin K. If you eat alot of green leafy vegetables (high in "K") this will have an effect on the effectiveness of the drug, causing a higher dosage to be required. In this case you just need to eat the same amount of these vegetables all the time, so you can stablize your dosage. Hope this helps.- Randy
