At the moment due to gaining weight around my middle on Propanadol ,as it seems so have many others , am trying to reduce my Propanadol, not take it on days I am not working ,but some days ,the damm internal tremor gets to me, makes me clumsy and doing things requires extra effort, but I have noticed the Propanadol does help and I can feel it kick in and tremor calms to an extent ,some days it doesn't,but generally it does improve .
Some days my voice is effected,I go to speak and either my voice trembles or it appears I can't find the word I want to use , it's not dementia ,just the muscles ,vocal chords not working !!
