Sometimes the changes can be really subtle. Take Blue Diamond crackers. One day I noticed that they had removed the gluten-free from their packaging and replaced it with, does not contain gluten.
What this means is that the product has been tested and there is significant gluten contamination in the cracker. As soon as I cut them out of my diet, I felt much better.
Don't stop reading labels. It's a small price to pay to stay healthy.
