Well it was a long week but my husband completed his first round of chemo, he was admitted to the hosp on a Tues, they started chemo that evening & he came home on Sun, we were both scared to death & expected the worst but it actually wasn't near as bad as we had expected it to be, day 1 he felt fine & than the rest of the days he said he just felt like he had the flu, nauseous, body aches, no appetite, etc. but with the anti nausea meds he never was extremly nauseous, I'm so glad the DR chose in patient for him, it really releived the stress for both of us knowing that he would have 24hr care while receiving the chemo & the nurses were so awesome & caring, I just hope the rest of his chemo goes this smoothly god really has been with so far! This week so far he's just been sleeping alot & has no energy at all, but tonight he had alittle appetitte & of all things wanted fried shrimp to eat! Thanks to all of you for your advice & support your all so kind, I will post more updates as things proceed, Thanks again & God bless to all.
