Epilepsy itself isn't a disease... but maybe a disease might cause Epilepsy...

Epilepsy isn't a disease, but is a symptom of hyper-electrical activity in the brain. Some types of epilepsy have no-known cause that is the seizures can't be traced to lesions or mal-formations in the brain.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
