I am wondering if anyone else with epilepsy gets these feelings.
I have nocturnal grand-mal seizures, so I really don't know if this weird feeling I have gotten for as long as I can remember (even before my grand-mal's started) is maybe a smaller seizure.
My seizures are the 'wake up with a chewed tongue, sleep for days, every single muscle and joint hurts' kind of seizures.
Ok this feeling is hard to explain.
I sometimes get these dizzy spells where it starts off as just a really weird feeling, almost like an out of body kinda feeling and then I get light headed, dizzy and feel a bit nauseous. The don't last long but I usually need to sit down.
Has anyone else gotten these kinda feelings?
I have had them for as long as I can remember and obviously my body is trying to say something.

You are correct to listen to your body- your odd sensations just may be your pre-seizure aura.

Turns out my Neuro thinks they may be Complex Partial Seizures.
