I have the same things, and have for years, before I was even diagnosed with Epilepsy, at that time the only way I could describe to people was "I felt like I was in the twilight zone!"
They only last for a matter of seconds and I can have several a day for 3-4 days and then none for weeks or months, very weird feeling, and still very hard to describe., but definitely I the one comment, you feel disconnected to your body...just outright strange!
I explained them to my neuro the best I could and she called them "auras"
