Recently diagnosed with grand mall seizures

i have just experienced 2 grand mall seizures and would like to get some input with how to deal with this condition.

Go to a major teaching hospital in your area and find the neurology department that deals with seizure disorders for treatment. For example, in California try Stanford Hospital.

Everyone's different, so it's hard to tell someone else how to deal with it. I have a friend at work, and hers are way different than mine. I was diagnosed about 13 years ago, so it's not as new to me as it is her, so I can help her some with getting through it and just someone to talk to.
