Are you taking medication for the panic atacks like anti depressants?
If so than the neurologist has to raise your seizure medications up allot to handle your seizures, because anti depressants lowered the the seizure medications on you since taking anti depressants.

I seem to get only get seizures at night.

I was not given abt anti seizure medicine, after 2 cat scans, mris andeegs, no answers. I am convinced these are brought on by panic attacks. The xanax was the only thing that helped; after 8 months I am now wo insurance and being weened of the xanax onto an anti depressant!! It's all very frustrating

I tend to get seizures in the morning time as well. Right when I am pouring my coffee as a matter of fact I dont know if the coffee has something to do with it or what!? I at one time thought I had low blood sugar because I could almost stop one from coming on mid morning by having something sweet;however, the dr. confirmed my sugar levels were fine.
I do know I have seizures that are stress induced..aniexty, stress can set me off into a grandmal if I allow it. I at times have to tell people to take a step back because I feel kinda wierd if I get stressed out too bad.

Ive had them at other times, but know that those times were extremely stressful. I also have to tell people, I.e. my mom or boyfriend if they are too close. and being confrontational. It's very frightening that my stress can cause me to lose control of my body... as the seizures have added a secondary anxiety of having them in public. I am currently taking lexapro but don't know if it is helping. My doctors say sometimes you just grow out of it, maybe one day I will be healed!

it is very frustrating, i dont get mine in the morning or night they vary. at first after my operation i was having bad panic attacks, but now i am having seizures, but they are non-epileptic. i got an EEG done and it came back that i was having seizures, but they didnt do anything, they said it could be due to anxiety, but im quite laid back i just get annoyed sometimes but not to the point where im have to go into a fit. and they come on when im watching tv, eating my breakfast, this morning i had one, i was getting cereal, my mum was taking my sister to school so i was on my own. i started feeling really dizzy, next moment i wake up on the livingroom couch, my mum said she came home and seen me on the kitchen floor. right now my right arm has this pain all the way up it, i dont know if thats cos ive hurt it. ive been back and forward from my local hospital and they think im faking them even though you cant fake a seizure as they had me on a heart monitor and my pulse was going down when i was taking one! they really do get my back up, they should keep there mouth shut if they dont know whats going on. anyway, i hope you get them sorted cos it is a real pain! oh i also have anemia, (low iron) dont know if i spelt it right lol. was just wondering do you?

I don't think I do, I was adopted at birth so not having a very accurate family medical history has made it more difficult to find the cause. I don't know why anyone would think you are faking them, they are scary and embarrassing! I don't think I have anemia, but had a boss who did and she didn't have seizures... Even tho I'm told all the time to not be embarrassed.. its hard not to be, especially when I'm not sure exactly what is triggering them. Usually when I come back to consciousness my whole body, tongue and eyes hurt. Haven't had one in 5 months, crossing fingers, as they are becoming less frequent. Its been a long road, luck to you too!

Low blood sugar can bring on a seizure. I have experienced it a few times. I am also on anti seizure meds. But for some reason I have had a problem with low blood sugar. I also take antidepressants for panic attacks. I didn't have my forst seizure until I was 39.
