I just ran out of medication.Someone please answer

I just ran out of medication. I wasn't watching how low my doseage got. The pharmacy in my town is already closed. I think I don't have any more prescriptions. My neurologists office is closed and doesn't open on weekends. My mom just left to go to wal-greens. I think.... This has never happened to me before. I don't know how long I can go without my meds..... I feel like crying and don't at the same time. I don't know what to say or do....

Before you let yourself get stressed, go to your local ER and take your bottle with you and they will give you enough until your neuro is open. Just tell the triage nurse what your needing. We do that alot at our local ER , things happen and we understand.

I already did thank you. It just kind of freaked my mom out cause she's the most sensitive about it and I had the prescription filled this morning.

This happened to my son...I went to the drugstore and they gave me about a weeks supply ( didn't even charge me ) until I could get a prescription called in for him....I know how scarey that situation can be.
If he stops taken his meds abruptly he will have a very very serious seizure...Hope this helps !!

Up here it is my family Doctor who renews my epilepsy meds as a general rule. Go to him/her and get a prescription.

I like Kimbers suggestion about going to the ER. I know in the USA that can can cost. But if it is a solution why not.

That's where I ended up going to was the ER because I go to my Neurologist for my prescriptions, but they were closed by that time and I had ZERO refills left at all, so not even Walgreens would do it so I had no other choice but to go there and thankfully they had no troubles with giving me a few to tie me over till the weekday.

Thank you for advice deleted_user. I have not had time to obtain my medications from online pharmacies http://canadianpharmacy2home.com and my stock is over. I showed my package and the my local ER and they gave me the right amount of drugs.
