I see a doctor at the VA in Durham,NC and not to speak poorly of anyone but I feel like talking to him is like talking to a brick wall outside, I'd get further!! He keeps mentioning surgery but it's been decided I'm NOT a good candidate for that . I'm a veteran of the US Marines and was stationed at Camp Lejeune from 84-88, the water was polluted and one of the medical problems from the water is Neurobehavioral Effects; now having said that, the P.A. I normally see said the V.A. is studying the benefits of cbd oil on seizure patients, and once it gets approved he wants to put me on it as soon as possible.
I have a friend who's dog has seizures, as soon as they start he or his wife give the dog cbd oil and it works in minutes!!! So here Iam taking 4 different meds now, but God has a reason for allowing me to have these seizures, and I trust Him over any doctor.
I've heard of Topamax but not tried it as of yet...I'm glad you've found something that works for you, all my best to you.

my son has seizures he is 23 we tried meds and than tried cbd oil it was so good neurologist stopped the meds
But most recently after his second covid shot after 9 months he has had 4 seizures it was determined today its a reaction to the shot and somehow it compromised the cbd
doctor hopes after the 2 week period that the shot takes it will work again
my son swears by cbd and so do I couldnt ask for anything better our prayers are with you
