When I did get dizzy and lightheaded was when I experienced big changes like moving out of state.
So, in my opinion, depending on each person, the environment, stress and personal circumstances could affect the impact of your medication.
It is always best to see a neurologist, have them do blood tests and see if any of the medications are too high for you.
That is what helped me in the past few months, and it has gotten much better.
Also, try to take your medications at the same times everyday and to get the right amount of sleep. That helps me too.
