I suffer from memory issues and concentration issues that is keeping me from doing quality work. My Dr. is trying multiple drugs in a the cocktail to try and get just the right mix so I stay in control but not "out of it".
Sleep deprivation is a know seizure trigger, so avoid not getting enough sleep.
I can kind of feel the small ones coming as you say just don't feel right. But when I have had a bad seizure they just come out of the blue. I also get headaches afterwords that can last for days.
