I have nocturnal seizures.
I have times me yesterday morning, I woke up and the back of my thighs and bum muscles hurt alot. I struggled with tiredness all day and just felt heavy. When I was falling asleep that night before, I felt a weird feeling over my back when I was laying on my stomach. I remember thinking that doesn't feel right, but brushed it off and was out right away.
The day before, I did some cleaning, vacuum, wash floor, that kinda thing. I don't have a big place (1 bdrm suite), so I couldn't have been sore from that.
SO MY QUESTION IS - When you have a day you are sore and you can't think of a reason for it, or your so exhausted for no reason the whole day. Do you go, yup I must have had an episode? Or do you hum and haw about it and not to sure, but your brain keeps going back to, yup must have been.
I feel life I'm always jumping to the conclusion that it was an episode. But when I second guess it, it's almost like in the back of my mind, something is nudging me saying, come on you know it was.
Anyone else feel like this?

Before I knew what was happening to me, I could not understand how I could just sleep all night and then not be able to stay awake the next day or just be so freaking sore.
Now I have a seizure dog and a husband. When my husband goes to work if I have a seizure my dog will lay across me to keep me from falling out of bed. But if my husband is off and I wake up and he is waaay over on the other side of the bed, then I know I've had them that way too.
But pretty much if I wake up and am in pain or just can't do anything that day, I know I've had seizures in the night.
