This time of year has always been my worst time for fighting off allergies .Everything just seems to hurt or be off.Eyes hurt ,head hurts , energy is low ,,,,, RAGWEED season ,,,,, I just wish the snow and cold would arrive ,,,make this weed go away .Anyone have any luck battling ragweed allergies I would like to hear your story.

I totally feel your pain....I feel so tired and blah b/c of it...I've heard drinking Bragg apple cider vinegar helps with allergies...you mix 2 tbsp. with 8oz of water add honey is optional...I've tried here and there it seems to help a little...I've been trying EFT tapping for allergies...youtubing videos..that's all I've got....hope u feel better

I have been taking aplle cider for a bit now ,,it does help for sure ,the EFT is a new idea to me ,,thanks Lindsey 084

They are worse this year then ever before as i remembrr.
Usually sudafed and mucinex does the trick but this year not even touching allergies.

I took a Zyrtec and no help either.

Tomorrow i am buying a new air filter for the ac. I tried one of those hypo ones before but didnt help much. Msybe they have better ones out now.

Probably another sleepless night.

Be sure to wash your bed sheets often. I dont know i do that and still suffering.
