New to Allergies, not new to Daily Strength

Okay, been...sick for three months, after a round recently in the urgent care. They have finally diagnoised me as having allergies with mild asthma. Next step is find an allergist. So, is this where I post my posts?

First question- why is my fluonase ending up in the back of my throat?

This is where you post. :) I have allergies, and I am also taking fluonase. I'm not sure why it goes down my throat either, but try angling it differently. I know it sounds weird, but try aiming it in a different spot in your nose. I hope it helps. :)

I think my nasal spray has me tilt my head forward a bit to help keep it out of the throat, as well and needing to sniff after you spray.
The big thing for me is waiting 15-20 minutes after I use my neti pot before using the nasal spray, otherwise there is too much residual liquid and it all goes down my throat.
