I had been a lifetime Allergy suffer and also I have Chronic Sinusitis; lately my nose had been very stuffy and I knows because my sinuses.

My concern is that this morning I blow my nose and came out blood with mucus. If any one experience this before?

I also used Flonase that is steroid and I read that this type of medication may cause the nose to be irritated

Yes I sometimes blow my nose in the morning and there is blood on the hanky. I take a combination of meds but put mine down to overblowing the night before.

I have dry mouth and dry nose due to meds. I would check with your pharmacist or your doctor next time you see them.

I also have dry mouth because of my anxiety Med, I will see the Dr today to make sure there nothing bad

I read also that dry air can cause blood when you blow your nose. I've had that in the past. I found that nasal gel helps lubricate the nose.

Thank you everybody, I went to the Dr yes it cause by dry nose and its ok and also the Flonase.
