HELP is this really allergies??

Ok you'all I got a diagnosis of allergic rhinitis last year. Friday got in to see new pcp with new insurance. For past two weeks been having migraines every morning when I wake up and they usually last all day with nausea. Friday was a doozy. Doc did give me a prescription, which I took. Saturday I felt like crap, Sunday I began to really get more nauseated than normal, light headed, dizzy and complete loss of appetite. So bad that I went in to urgent care. They recommended I see pcp the next day. I called, they refused to see me to Wednesday, get in today (Wednesday) they think its all allergies and play it off and tell me to wait to see my allergist tomorrow. WTF!
I dont think nausea, light headed, dizzy and complete loss of appetite is nausea, is it?

Had new PCP appt on Fri. Fri pm worse migraine. Had to take a maxalt, which was new script thankfully or would have been er. Saturday got worse. Sunday in Urgent Care with Nausea, Light Headead, Dizzy, Total Loss of Appetti. They said to see PCP right away on monday, pcp said ok see you on Wednesday. Already had first appt with allergiest on thurs. Saw pcp on Wed he shrugged his shoulders, "eh, allergies, see the allergiest, but I will also refer to neruo, goodbye". Say allergiest on Thur, like this guy. Says biggest problems is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease and maybe why some docs been dismissing asthma. Now on
Neublizer-Ipratraptura Bromide and Albuterol Every 6 hours
Flonase 2 sprays 1xday
Bepreve 1 drop 2xday
Musenex 1200 mg 2x a day
Symbicort 2 puffs 2xday
Dexilant 60 mg 1xday
Topiramate 50 mg 2xday
Zantac 150 mg 2xday
Singulair 10 mg 1xday
Prednisone 20 mg 1xday 1wk
Maxalt 5 mg as needed
For a solid 48 hours and I don'tknow if it's meds or what but I feel like a whole new man, stil sick as hell, but a whole new man on the road to recovery.

Dr Oz said that if you are on 6 meds, there is a 50% chance of a drug interaction. Remember that you are the customer. If you are not happy with a doctor...SWITCH. Just because he/she is a good doctor, does not mean they are necessarily good for you. If I ever have another doctor tell me "Oh, you aren't that bad, I had another patient was so - blah, blah blah" I would get up and walk out on the fool. And not pay. Find a doctor that is concerned about you. Better yet, come over to God's side (natural remidies).
