I have terrible allergies the most annoying one is to fragrance, perfume, any kind of scented things such as laundry soap. shampoos, any perfume even things that claim to be natural scents. Its so bad if I go to Church and someone has perfume or strong scent on their clothes I begin to itch terribly and when I get home I find the smell on me, my hair, etc.. just like when your around cigarettes or fumes like that and because once its on me if I dont shower and wash it off I will get rashes and itch more and more. I have the same problem at work, they wear perfume, scented lotions, and scented laundry and they leave a fragrance cloud wherever they go (the bathroom being the worst because they go and spray air freshener). It is really bad at work too because there are no windows and no way for me to get fresh air. It is terrible and almost makes me feel like I need to quit work. I don't know what to do anymore. I suffer daily because of it. I do have emotional damage from these allergies. I cant have people who have fragrance in my house because I will react for days afterwards.
Does anyone have this issue or am I the only one? I do not know how people wear or use fragrance but then that is probably because I'm so allergic. i don't know why but I hate it. I actually was told I had acne for many years until I figured out it was the allergies. I clear up perfectly if I avoid all fragrance. Shampoo used to make me itch and my hair would touch my face and itch. Its crazy!!!
