I found out last week my allergies are caused by my cats!!!! I'm devastated! Y over a decade ago in my early 20s my Dr said it was airborne like dust mold pollen etc. Because I always got sick and during the times etc and after some Allegra d that is how he made his conclusion. I finally took a allergy test last week because the past year has been awful for me and Allegra d or anything with sudafedrine starting giving me serious side effects. I want to know this, has anyone or known anyone feeling 110% better once they got rid of their cats? I grew up with them so that is why I'm shocked but it all makes sense to me now. I hate to do so and just want to take meds butim tired of this worn out feeling yet I love my cats.
allergy cats. This is awful! I have 2 cats and I am allergic to them too. I don't do well on Allegra, nose too dry. I prefer Benadryl. I don't brush my cats so much anymore and try to vaccum often and I use the sticky roller on couch, chairs, drapes and blankets between washing. I couldn't get rid of my cats, no way.
My Allergist is talking about shots. I just found out a week ago that I am allergic to Silver Nitrate which is in thousands of products. Allergies are terrible. My Allergist also said that allergies can change, a years from now present allergies can be gone and new allergies can pop up. I didn't know that either.
