Fatigue

Last couple of days, I have been really tired. Mostly in the afternoon. Could this be related to allergies.

I think so. When my allergies flare, it saps my strength. I may look and feel like death warmed over. I did not sleep well when I had an attack. I still sleep with a magnetic sleep mask. It keeps my sinuses clear overnight so that I sleep well.
Find out what you are allergic to. I was allergic to wheat. I cut all wheat out of my diet for a while and now I have almost no allergy trouble. I am eating a little wheat now and it doesn't sem to bother me anymore. Sometimes the pollen is just the last straw, not the real problem.
