Hi ladies!!

I was really hoping with some help on this issue as neither my dr or the nurse who administers my monthly injections can give me any answers simply because they don't have them.

I've been on the 6 mothly course of zoladex injections since last Dec. I have my last injection on Fri 01st May. (YEY!!) They haven't taken the pain away or eased anything but I had to do it as I wasn't going to have it thrown back in my face by some dr that I hadn't completed it.

Anyhow, I was just wonderin if any of you who have been on the zoladex injections, or even if you haven't, does anyone know how long it takes for the zoladex to leave your system and return to a semblance of normality??

Any advice is greatly appreciated as always

I am so so so sorry that you are having to take this! I know the feeling... danazol is pretty similar and it is HORRIBLE! It is truly enough to drive even the most stable person mad.... but as far as I have been told and have seen from doctors that Zoladex, like lupron, is about a 28 day cycle. So hopefully it should be out of your system soon....
I hope that you find something else that works for you! Keep in mind that there are so many options that if your doctor tells you that there is only ONE way to go.... they're most likely limiting your options.
