Maybe you are like me and your body just can't handle birth control. I basically bled for a year straight even changed bcps it would be OK until the placebo week. Then my doc decided to try continuous. I lived on liners it was terrible so I totally feel your pain. It's not fun. Have you had a hysteroscopy done? It was definitely not a picnic, but I found out I had 3 polyps which were removed. Maybe they need to take a look to see if there is something in your uterus that is causing the bleeding? I was good for a month and then started bleeding again due to the continuous pill. I am not sure if you read my story or not, but I haven't had the surgery, but my docs feel very positively that I had endo. I stopped the pill 4 months ago and have had no bleeding (excepr for 4 days for my period), no pain, and no agony. My ovaries do hurt when I have sex in certain positions, so I am not completely out of the woods, but it's something I can handle as the benefits weight out the cons and I'm just a little tired and nauseous. I am def not saying that this is right for you! (People were getting pissed off so I want to defend myself lol). But assuming your taking the pill like I was, it might be worth a shot to see how your body would respond assuming you haven't tried already. I was in desperation after bleeding for a year straight and being horribly emotional and the pain don't get me started I was willing to try anything. I was facing Danazol and surgery and neither sounded too exciting. So I went for the one thing I hadn't tried before pulling out the big guns.

I am truly sorry for what you are going through, and I am sorry that I can't offer more except what worked for me. I am not saying that it is the only treatment available, because it's not (and I'm quite positive that this isn't a treatment). But I thought I would offer a suggestion that you may not have thought about before. I totally understand the frustration with non-stop bleeding and pain. It's awful, you feel miserable, and you feel like your stuck in your own body with no way out. If anything, I hope you feel that you are not alone with my response. If I can do anything for you, please let me know. I hope this stops soon for you and I hope you can get back to feeling better and no bleeding soon!

My guess is that it has something to do with your ovaries possibly being out of whack with the shot. It probably just wore off too quick. So sux. I had a month long period recently and I know It's no friggin picnic. Hopefully you will stop bleeding too. Take some extra vitamins...Iron, B12 and definitely a daily multi-vitamin. It will be the shot. I bled for almost a year on the shot then I had about a year off and starting bleeding every 8 weeks so my shot had to be done earlier...however due to lowered bone density from it and needing it every 8 weeks I was taken off it. I have since noticed that anything with progesterone will make me bleed non stop. I have the Mirena and the pill at the moment and still manage to bleed every so often with those two things. I bled for a year straight with the mirena before the pill was also added...alone each of these will have me bleeding continuously. It's a vicious cycle.....It might get better in time but it might not...that might be a call you'll have to make.

I won't stop bleeding either! You know when I had my diagnose 4 months ago after my surgery I thought my problems were solved! I thought, ok, now I know why it hurts so much and I won't have my periods till I want to get pregnant. But, I've been spotting for 4 months, with cramps on and off. And now, after two days with no periods ( and me thinking it would finally stop) I had terrible cramps and got really heavy period again. I'm just so frustrated. I'm also feeling anaemic ... always tired and losing my breath at the silliest things. I'm also really bloated from the pill, and it's not even working! I still would want to have children so I have to find a way of living with this disease.
