Just wondering what time of day is your worst with the endo and how do you get thro it?

Mornings are so awful for me, I'm in pain, cranky and mornings suck anyway and with everything on top of it just makes it worse and I wind up really depressed and in crying fits. It seems like it takes forever for my pain and other meds to kick in for the day. I just feel so alone and physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually awful...

Once I'm at work i'm o.k. but its the waking up and time before work that are the hardest. Trying to get out of bed, and get going. I think its hard to as I have to get to work and its all hurry up and go no easing into anything...

How do you get thro your bad time of day?

Mornings are really bad for me too, it takes me 30 mins to an hour to just get out of bed and make coffee! Coffee makes me feel better usually. afternoons are also bad, and once im in bed. I usually just try to take a tramadol and hope it helps. But i agree, mornings are the worst!

Morning for me too. Probably means I should take meds at midnight or something.

Interesting! I've always thought mornings were my worst time, as well. Oddly enough, it usually isn't once I wake up. It is more once I get out of bed, eat, and start moving around that the yuckiness sinks in. Sometimes it is hard to get out of the door because I need to lie with my heating pad longer or the pain keeps me in the bathroom.

It's comforting to know this time of day is hard for others, too.

I am a night time sufferer as well. This might be in part due to that I am a night owl to begin with and tend to sleep in so my body's schedule is probably on a slightly different cycle.

Mornings are bad, I also have to wait like 30 min-1 hour to get up. But once i get som caffeine in me, I usually have a little energy. Im useless after 3pm/4pm. I start my meds at around noon or 1pm, and they help for 2-3 hours. Even after I take more doses, i feel generally exhausted and like crap. But everything after 3-4pm is so strenuous. So I guess late afternoon and evening, and when i first wake up are my worst times of the day. Leaving some room to do house work, or small errands.
My usual best time is between 10am-1pm, give or take.
