In looking this up, I see there is a condition caused by overuse of Asprin, ibuprofen, and other meds.

I'm still not feeling well but I am able to function a little more each day. Today I had my Ct scan for the mass found in my stomach. Hope to find results soon. Will still have to wait for my gyn appt on the first. Thanks for helping me out with the diffuse gastropathy. That makes scence on why they needed biopsies.

Doctors are so slow, aren't they? I started going to this one obgyn only because she always responded quickly...when prompted. But she really knows nothing about endo so looks like I'll need to find someone else.

Glad you're feeling a little better each day. I've been feeling pretty well this week. My lap was 5.5 wks ago so I guess I'm back to "pain as usual". Now it's just small things. Like my butt is sore, my rt ovary aches from time to time, and I feel weird tingling or stiffness in my hands and feet sometimes. I guess it's all paar for the course, but it makes me nervous.
Being diagnosed is great, now I know I'm not "dying" but then again, it sucks. We have too many ailments!!!

Yes. I agree with you completely. Knowing the explanation is great but doesn't take the pain away. And its such an unknown disease its irritating. When someone asks why you don't feel well, what's wrong you always get "what's that". Then you explain it and you get oh so like a period. I don't wish any other or more serious illness on myself, but I do wish it was more understood. Same goes for drs. Chatting with the gi specialist I asked if what's wrong could be the endo and he just says I don't know but thinks it only in uterus and ovaries. :(

Got results from Ct scan when I asked if my obgyn could look at it at appt today. Everything normal. Still nothing on biopsies. But have to wait for gi to contact me on that. I should be happy nothing was found on mass but I find myself so frustrated!
