what days are worst for you?

Ok, ok... I felt crappy most of the weekend. And still feel blah.

Q: what days of your cycle are the worst for you? I'm curious. I'm 24 days in and just when I wrote that in another post, I went "ooooooooooooooooh" i forgot I was that late in my cycle.

How about you?

usually the worst worst for me is 3 days before my period and the first 2-3 days of... thats said I find if I am really stressed the issues are worse and can spike any time throughout my cycle.. I am not sure if anyone else finds that high stress levels affect them but it does me...

I'm a lot like cidekmat. 3 days before and after. Before I tend to get really bad, persistent headaches that nothing touches but only minor cramping. Once it starts I get the bad cramps and backache. I tend to cycle every 24 days so it's a little frequent but could be worse.

As far as stress goes I tend to get more headaches from stress, not too surprising there! And if I am really stressed I might start my cycle early and consequently be miserable more often but have not really noticed a severity difference myself.

Yeah, finding out that IVF is the only way to get pregnant is pretty stressful. Also I went out drinking and staying out too late 2 work days in a row...
