Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Much love :) and hope you're all well

BUT he said he isn't 100% sure, it's what he is taking from everything I told him. Best to ask the specialist next week.
Hope everyone is well!

Almost every month, I get pain my my very low back that can be so bad I can't walk and it shoots down my thighs. It almost feels like being paralyzed for a few hours. They recently discovered I have been having severe problems with my pelvic floor muscles and a lot of it is due to knots in the muscles and the fact that it is hitting nerves. If you haven't tried it, you should have the doctor check to see if you have any unusual tightness in your pelvic floor muscles.
I know I see a physical therapist along with my regular doctor and it has slowly been getting better.
I hope you figure everything out!
So as far as your GP is saying is that you are experiencing "referred pain". That term always makes me scratch my head! How can "referred pain" be that bad and only last a few days. I think it sounds more like a rupturing cyst and seems to be done and over with. I know this happened quite a few days ago but if you experience this again, it's best to relax and keep your feet up for at least the first 24 hours. I also will use an ice pack, some will use heat, whatever works best for you.
Hope you are feeling better sweetie!!
STAY GOLD!
