Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

As for the holistic things the ones that worked best for me were a combination of diet change (organic meat, dairy & fruits... I didn't cut out food groups like some do), stress reduction/breathing/meditation exercises, & being adjusted by a chiropractor once a week (much of my pain was in my lower back).
As a side note: you've got to be really careful when doing the diet switch they didn't tell me, but it can start out making you sicker than you were before you tried it. That it is something you have to do gradually & not all at once. Hope this helps!
Appreciate all advice! =)
There is a natural treatment for endometriosis pain called the Wurn Technique. This therapy is completely hands-on and requires no drugs or surgery.
The therapy itself feels like a deep massage and has been proven to reduce pain and increase function.
