Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Okay ladies, I know this could be hard but I need to start looking for a new endo specialist. Even if he/she isn't a gyno. I've been fooled once again with the one I'm seeing. I thought he was going to be aggressive and "the one".
I need a doctor that is willing to go in a take a look around. I do not what them suggesting a hysterectomy unless it is necessary! If there is no hope of removing, repairing, or un-adhering, THEN and only then will I talk about a possible hysterectomy.
There is something more going on involving my left side and I believe it is something other than just endo.
Perhaps if you know a better way to find one or what ever you feel will help some.
I really appreciate any info or insight you can give me. I live in Wisconsin and am willing to travel as long as it's in Wisconsin as I have start funded insurance and can't afford to pay out of pocket.

I might just do that, I'm not sure if my insurance will cover it but I guess it doesn't hurt to try.

SSWarning, I'm not familiar with doctors in Wisconsin but I found an amazing Dr. by reading forums from other ladies in my area on the obgyn.net website and clicked on the endometriosis forum. Actually, another girl from this site had suggested that and that is how I found my amazing dr. I wish you luck and keep us posted. I remember speaking with you in the winter about your pain and I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't gotten any better for you.
