Hey everyone I just needed some extra support. And maybe some help with what questions to ask my Dr. I was diagnosed with endo in March 2013 and the pain and everything seemed better for a few months but now I'm having heavy periods again and even before my period it just feels heavy. I'm tired, I'm either depressed or moody because it swing from high and low. Depending on the pain that day. I have clots and pain from my lower right pelvic side across like a zipper I will hold a heating pad there or take two or three baths. My husband can no longer deal with my endo which makes the depression side of this worse. He has thrown himself into work. Tells me to go to work and I teach small children but when I need to pick one up or help them and I have sharp pain I have such anxiety of dropping them. So work is hard for me right now. I don't know how to approach anyone with this I feel alone. I get sick from my endo vomiting, nausea, diarrhea. Its that I can't handle along with the pain. That and being alone. I've dealt with the so called "just a bad period" since middle school but I'm so so tired. Coping skills I knit, watch movies, have my dog for company, bath\shower, trying to find a diet, but I need to find a way when I feel like this lol crawl out of the house go to work, store, and errands. This is an exhausting thing to live with sometimes. No naps allowed it seems. My mom said suck it up. I just want my blanket. So any ideas for coping or what would help at the Dr? I've tried the pill and one surgery I don't know what to do.

I'm another Meghan. Anyway, I am so sorry about your experience. I am 35 and have such a similar story. I lost an ovary due to endometriosis and torsion in Feb. and now am scheduled for surgery soon to explore if it is affecting my appendix or not. I have hte right side sharp pain almost daily for three months. I have had endless tests and endless ER visits including one today. I am scared about the upcoming surgery. Since the ovary came out I have only been able to focus on and talk about my medical issues because from before the surgery to now I have had endless issues stemimng from endo but nothing before this. Apparently I have stage 4 and never had much of an issue until now except two periods a month while the mass on my ovary was probably growing. Endo and my pain are all I talk about and I'm in danger of losing my job due to being out for doctors appointments so much My parents are not supportive, saying to suck it up like you said. And my husband tries but in less than a year I've gone from active happy pretty me to frumpy sweatpants housewife who always complains and I know it bothers him. You are not alone. I find pain meds don't work and I won't take those narcotic ones.
