I regularly get reflexology and massage. I LOVE it!! It's by far the most relaxing therapy I use. Reducing stress is a huge part of controlling ENDO and reducing pain. I would highly recommend it! Enjoy =)

I actually had my first visit today and I'm glad I did. I was really surprised about everything she picked up on just by touching/looking at my feet. She started by looking at my chakras and saw which ones were closed or not flowing right and helped open and balance them from working on my feet. It was really cool because every time she hit a soft/tender/sore spot on my foot on my foot I would tell her and she told me that my soft spots were my ovaries, uterus, pelvic area, lower spine and my heart chakra. She also said that my left foot was harder to work on then my right and I told her it was probably because the endo for some reason has always collected on the left side of my uterus. I did an hour with her today and she gave me some exercises to do till I see her the next time and we are going to do a few more sessions. But I'm really glad I did it, I find the whole thing fascinating!

I was in some endo pain this morning and by the end of my session it was gone. I felt really nice and relaxed but also energetic like I can now take on the world, lets go get stuff done!

I give this women high praise as I could never touch feet all day for a living lol!
