hi all- I recently had a laparoscopy on the 1/2. They found it spread everywhere. I am relieved is has been removed but the pain I’m enduring currently is so bad.
I have the worst cramps - is this normal ? I’m so worried
I had a laparoscopy in 2016, and I did experience cramps post surgery. I was prescribed 'tramadol hydrocholoride' to take for as long as i felt any post surgery pain. maybe see your doctor and get something prescribed :)
For a more immediate help, barley sugar to spike and keep your blood sugar high helps a ton with cramps :)
