Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I also found myself having daily spotted bleeding till I realized my drinking soy milk was negatively effecting my pill's ability to work right.
Do you think there is a conflict with food or another drug you are taking?
The diet point is interesting... I am on a pretty strict diet (gluten free, and IC diet) and I've always been told to avoid soy. I've always been a hardcore label reader, so as far as I know I have not been eating soy or anything that should cause a problem, however, I am on a meal plan this year for school (I wasn't before), so I don't always have labels to read when I eat on campus.
I am just feeling frustrated and I'm wondering if this is something that I need to bring up to the doctor. Just like everyone else on here, my periods are a nightmare and it makes school a million times harder to deal with, so I would love to not have to go through this every four weeks like the old days :/
