I'm interested to hear if anyone's done it and what the effect was on your endo. I've been following it pretty well for a few weeks and I'm absolutely floored at how I don't bloat anymore. My belly, toes, and fingers all used to get so swollen throughout the day, especially on bad pain days...and now, nothing.

I'm suppressing for IVF right now and my period is due in a few days. We'll see how well I do during the severe days, but I'm kind of looking forward to seeing how I'll feel. On my bad pain days when I'm able to eat/actually have an appetite I usually crave carby salty goodness and now I wonder if that was just feeding the inflammation!
