Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
For me, it's every time, and sometimes it's too much to bear and I have to stop. The pain is intense deep inside, and lasts for 2-3 days after-wards.
We know a couple of positions that never work, and a couple that are better, so we stick with those. I think positional pain depends on where your endo is mainly at, or where it's worse, but I'm not sure.
I hope this doesn't get any worse for you, it's rough to have it even at all. Just remember, you're not alone!
