Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Just wondering if any of you that have your endo under control, get painful days for no reason?
My endo is doing well and is under control with norethindrone and I have more good days then bad, but I feel like out of the blue for no reason I get a bad pain day. Like today I've been sore on and off for no reason, my diet has been good, no outside factors, no stress, take my meds like clockwork everyday, just minding my own biz and then all of a sudden it feels like someone socked me in the lower gut, and have had some endo soreness with lower back pain.
I wonder what causes it to happen?

I usually get a little pain during ovulation, and then of course during shark week. But normally it's linked with my cycle. I have no clue what causes the random pain when it happens. Wish I did know what caused it so I could avoid doing it though!
