Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
i feel things on a daily basis that is not listed in text books for endo. i constantly feel fluish and clammy and i just ache all over and havesensations of numbness, rawness, burning... twinges, jabs, tickles etc.
it literally drags my body down so to speak and my arms get weak and i start to sweat and get pins and needles feeling on head and all over. also cold chills that rush out like an electric shock... down my legs.. up my back and head etc. my scalp also cramps up.
i hope that has helped :-/
could be affecting ligaments, could be from inflimation affecting these ligaments joints, tissue and muscle too. its all connected
I also have severe sciatica from low back pain from endo. It sounds like (if the pain goes down the back at all) this could be it. See a doctor and do not let them tell you it is normal (if your cramps are bad enough to cause severe leg pain or sciatica, you need relief, be it from surgery or whatever).
I can say I had a neurectomy to stop cramps (where they sever a nerve during a lap) and it stopped my leg pains (other than the sciatica).
But randomly, not really in relation to the endo pain... and it was just always there from when I can remember.
I have just found out that I have pubic symphasis dysfunction and that is the cause!
And guess what?? Chiro (though excruciating to get put back in) helps so much! I can feel when it is back out, and three treatments into it I am heaps improved!!!! (Less painful, longer breaks before needing to get adjusted, less pain getting it adjusted) if this is what is happening to you, that "sticking" feeling like you have something stuck in you preventing you from moving will just disappear once you have been put back into place!!
It is also likely the reason I carried so low with the pregnancy and had so many problems in relation to this, so well worth getting checked. Wish I could of had this level of relief years ago from something that has been adding to the endo pain! Best of luck :)
