Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Best wishes and hope you get some relief

I dunno :0(
I hope its not a gallbladder issue.
Have you had those before?

I hope it's not. That would blow.

I am pretty much nauseated every month during my pain flare ups, never have much of an appetite. The nausea does lead to vomiting at times, especially if I had eaten and then have a bad flare up.
Seems to be very common in women with endo. We're probably the only group of women who do not get those usual PMS cravings :)
I'm not sure if it directly linked to the disease or more of a stress response from the pain. I know when you stress and cortisol levels rise, nausea and GI symptoms can happen. If I had to guess, probably a combo of both.
Definitely can be a problem when I am working, I usually carry peppermints with me and ginger tea helps a little too.
I do find on months when it is worse for me I tend to be stressing more about things, work, etc. So make sure you give yourself plenty of relax time, do whatever works for you to destress. I hope you feel better soon :)
I've been plugged and continuously nauseous. Do you think that may be a link?
I'm so sorry you are going through this!! It's miserable, I know. I am also experiencing the massive fatigue. This has only been bothering you for the last couple of days or has it been progressively getting worse?
Try natural peppermint to ease the nausea. (i.e., tea, candy, etc.) Or even ginger works. You can get those in capsules otherwise tea but for me, the tea made me nauseated, a bit spicy.
Keep us updated!

Beth - I have mild IBS so I sift between constipated-normal-the runs! It's a big possibility, I do remember hearing somewhere if you don't poo for awhile due to constipation it can come up the other way =(
Stephanie =) Hey!
The fatigue has been around for the best part of 6-8 months. Somedays getting out of bed is so difficult! I will try the peppermint and ginger, I hear ginger is good for chemo with the nausea, so why not general nausea? Great thoughts!
Hope you both get some relief
