ladies who have had a hyst, how many suffer with chronic low back pain? Just wondered.
Also, how many red heads out there? did you know theyve pinpointed a red hair gene and endo?

I did not have a hyst but i do have lower back pain and i am a red head.

No hysterectomy or red head...

I have had the low back pain. I had LUNA Laparoscopic Uterine Nerve Ablation which is when they divide the uterine nerve that seems to carry some pain from the uterus. Well, ever since this procedure I have zero low back pain as a result! It is amazing.

I also don't have red hair (But am pale) and no hyst - but I had such severe back pain I didn't sit down for 4 months, then I had a pre-sacral neurectomy and it got rid of about %70 of the pain (now I go numb when I sit, but its better than pain!!!) I can't say enough about that surgery. It made me able to work again and exercise etc.!!!!!

Yes, I had a hysterctomy and have been suffering from low back pain since. HOWEVER, I recently started stretching exercises and seioursly, within 2 days the lower back pain was gone and it's been about 10 days now, stretching everyday. I still have pain in my legs and hips, but the back pain has gone. Try it (yoga type streches, whatever you can do)

I have low back pain and tried doing pilates. It actually made the lower back pain worse for the first couple of weeks and then it seemed to lighten some.

I also was having really bad hip pain, but I started taking a joint supplement and within 2 weeks the hip pain dissapeared along with some other general pain I was having.
