Just wanted to give you an update.. especially after my frantic messages..
Well.
My gyne, who is lovely, supposes that my body has gotten used to the Mirena IUD so it's losing it's effectiveness. This is why there's so much activity going on in my pelvis. I'm bleeding and I didn't realise old dry blood counts, but it does. Unfortunately, which we found after my first lap. Any activity in my pelvis, has a huge effect espcially on my bladder and also a lil on my bowel.
So the plan of action is to put me back on the ..... drum roll please..... Cerazette to help top up the Mirena.
Now.i've been told to be positive so I am.
Last time I was on it, I was very sick. For some reason in the past Hormone pills have not agreed with my body. BUT i have faith that this time will be different.
My gyne said to come back and see him in 6 weeks. He also said I should be seeing a difference in 2 - 4 weeks and that I need to be making a diary of all my symptoms everyday.
So i'll be honest, the worst thing that could happen has happened BUT i guess I'm glad my gyne is starting with conservative approach.
I know from previous experience, that when it comes down to it, he will go in to have a look.
If after 6 weeks this pill hasn't done anything.. then.... ???
So I guess the question of the day is... does pain everyday mean the endo is back? or just that the hormones aren't working as well? Or both??

it can mean that and/or that you have adhesions and something is stuck somewhere. Or you coul have ovarian cysts that arebeing rubbed. I'm sorry you are in so much pain. I will pray this new treatment helps you.
