Hi guys,
I'm looking for some advice really and I'll be completely honest, I'm at breaking point today and I don't know where to turn.
I had my 1st lap May '08 where they diagnosed me with endo. The pain has never stopped and nearly a year later I feel worse than i ever have.
They have put me on zoladex injections and I have my 4th one a week fri.
I have been taking Estradiol valerate (Climaval) 1mg for 19 days now as an add back. I feel worse now than ever and the pain is so bad that I'm doping myself up every day to try and keep myself from going to a+e.
And last night as I was trying to sleep, I went to take in a breath through my mouth and my whole throat had closed up and I was making a noise that I had never heard myself make. Because I suffered with panic attacks when I was younger I went into auto pilot and tried to breathe through my nose, deep into my stomach. It worked and after what felt like the longest minute in my life, I started to manage to take gulps of air through my mouth.
I wish it was a panic attack cos I can deal with those but I rang our nhs helpline here in the UK who told me it sounded like an allergic reaction and next time dial 999?!?!?
Is it the injections, the climaval?? I didnt eat or drink anything different so an allergic reaction to what??
I would really appreciate any advice regarding anything of what I've said as I have noone to ask.
Sorry if it's not very clear, my pain meds make it impossible to concentrate.

Just to let you know I went back to the docs and somehow I hadn't noticed the rash on my body (don't ask) and I'd put the itching down to my pain meds. So my doc told me it was ok to stop the hrt thank goodness, and that it did look like maybe I had an allergic reaction somehow. So no hrt for me, I'd rather stick with what I know. I know my white blood count is bordering so I may have an infection but I'm seein my doc on fri and I've been in so much pain, so exhausted that I can't take it anymore so if she suggests I need to go in then I'm going, the pain is too much.
