Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I get a ton of nausea, and sick to my stomach often, and weight loss, and have pelvic floor dysfunction which i wanna get pelvic floor therapy for (ive heard it helps). Im sorry your feeling so terrible, I completely understand. You are not alone, and it it will pass. You might wanna try cutting out, or better yet cutting down (more realistic and not as overwhelmming) certain foods from your diet; try taking out or decreasing your intake of gluten, sugars, white foods-all of these things cause inflamation (makes endo/pain and symptoms worse) even if you dont have a food intolerance/allergy.
Of course it can "simply" be the endo. In that case, an endo specialist and sometimes a Gynecological Oncologist can safely remove the endo from the intestines using excision. But seriously, if you can, talk to your Dr. about checking for food intolerances/allergies-something you can control better than endo; we control what we eat, but do not control the endo! Good luck and im glad you posted this. You're definitely not alone! XX!
