Hi ladies.. This might be an odd question it's not endo related but maybe it is? who knows anymore huh?

Anyway.. Im sitting here shaking, while it's warm and absolutely glorious day. Im always so cold it's not funny, my hands and my feet and my nose..even when I attempt to warm them up they are cold. Like ice cubes!! I'll go for a walk break only a minor sweat if even a sweat... and even then my hands will either be pupped up majorly (I know this is blood circulating) OR they are ice cold STILL.

The naturopath said it's bad abdominal circulation.. but I don't know.. all I know is whenever someone might brush past my hand they end up grabbing it trying to warm it up because of how cold it is.. My whole body feels like an ice cube while it can be 40 degrees outside! (umm im not sure what this is in America but.. think of one of the hottest days you get).

Ideas?

I have something called raynuads syndrome where my extremities get very little circulation. It can be 80 degrees outside and my feet and hands will be purple and look like they are not getting any blood pumped to them. I don't know if that happens to you but it could be a possibility.

I'll have to look into it abit see if amongst the truckload of tests coming if I can find out what it is :)

Since I was a teenager.. I hade low blood pressure for awhile, but they put it down to the fact I lost a lot of weight quickly (eating disorder)...but even when I gained weight it never went away.. Sometimes I don't notice it but other time I do and alot - like today. I've been noticing it alot more recently because it's coming into summer and people I guess put it down to the coldness...but Im not warming up even with the temp outside.. I'll happily go walking in a jumper.. My boyfriend also notices it a lot and makes comments.

I have this too! I always thought it was just a circulation problem but I don't know. I always seems to have a low blood pressure also and I'm sure it has to do with being cold all the time. I also will have dizzy spells, usually from standing up, and not too quickly.

And you must be talking about 40 degrees Celsius!! I'm not sure how to convert that but I know it's HOT!! :) I'm the same way though.

I wish I had some idea of what could be causing this but I'm in the same boat! :P

I have low blood pressure as well and I recovered from a eating disorder over a year ago. I have had raynauds since I was ten years old.

I get Raynaud's, particularly in the winter. (Don't know if it's related to Endo or not.) I've found I do much better if I keep ahead of it- wearing gloves even when nobody else would. Last winter I even worse gloves when picking things out of the freezer aisle at the grocery store- looked ridiculous, but it really helped my fingers do better than the winter before.

I know what you mean Giselle I wear whool socks someitmes and even those don't work. I am actually on procardia becuase of how by my raynuads is.

I've always had poor circulation in my hands and feet. I have noticed that when my pain increases, my sensitivity to temperature spikes and I begin shivering or sometimes even cold-sweating no matter the environment I'm in.

I've taken to wearing socks to bed (or just about any time I can)

Hey Taters, it could be anaemia. I just found out through blood tests that I have iron defeciency anaemia again which can be a sign of endo in certain areas, or so I've read and it can lead to you being cold.

Sorry Taters, hope I didn't upset you with the anaemia suggestion, wasn't trying to! Was just an idea and it can be easily treated with iron tablets x
