Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Good luck!
I'm also on the progestin pill and its helped immensely with the pain. Way more good days then bad and I will have an occasional off day.
When it comes to eating for me mornings and evenings seem to be the worst and I never knew why but I remember that when my endo was at its worst it was always between those times so now I'm wondering if its still got a hold on my digestive issues. I know we've discussed it and it seems as tho for a lot of women esp me mornings are the worst!!! Sometimes I have to take a anti nausea pill so I can eat breakfast. I have a good point in the day which is around 11a till about 5 or 6 in the evening. In the evening I don't feel nauseated, however I can't eat big or heavy meals anymore, mostly just light snacks or fair a few hours till I go to bed. If I do manage a big meal I get very bad bloating, irritatingly uncomfortable, stomach pain etc and between those 2 times when my endo used to act up I still get my acid reflux problem so I'm continuously taking antacids. (elongated sigh, I hate you endo!)
Thanks for all your advice ladies...I'm just so irritated. I miss being normal!
