Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
But, before my diagnosis', I started searching for a natural way to help with the pain. I started taking Magnesium (to help with easier bms, muscle pain and anxiety) and Gaba to help with the monthly cycles. These both had helped so much and reduced my pain greatly. I also took baths in Epsom salt when I was in unbearable pain. My husband too was frustrated so, we found alternatives to traditional sex. I hope that you try these and let me know if it helps even a tiny bit. I still have pain but, I have learned how to manage it better. I am glad that you reached out because it is an awful feeling and burden to bear alone.
