I have heavy bleeding that won't stop. I'm in birth control got my period a week early. I'm so uncomfortable I just dont know what to do. I'm at my wits end I just can't take it anymore. All I do is cry. I feel crazy and broken. How do I make this go away? How do I become normal? I feel like there's something wrong with me. I hate not being able to sleep cuz I'm so tired but so uncomfortable and feel like im going to bleed everywhere. It looks like a murder scene and I just want it gone. I'm so depressed this hasn't happened since I startrr the pill I'm so anemic but cant sleep and the migraines- talk about.pain. I want my uterus gone I hate bleeding so much I hate.crying all the.time. the.pain wouldn't be that big of a deal if this bleeding would just stop. Seriously. It makes my life horrible and I'm so.upset about it. When does my body just stop making me miserable? And why the hell cant I sleep?! Sorry im just desperate and blah. Can't even sleep at.my.boyfriends because I was constantly all over the place and terrified I'd bleed thru. How is this FAIR? What did I do in my past life that I was made.a.girl? I hate being one I hate having this many problems. I cant take much more...

:( you sound just like me. Have you been able to find a doctor that will work with you through this? I've also asked myself those exact same questions, "Why did I have to be born a girl?" "what did I do to piss someone off enough to do this to me?" "Why won't the doctors just listen to me?"

I completely understand being at your wit's end! I think we're all there in one way or another. Hang in there girl, you're in good company :) we're all here for you!

Yeah, we switched my birth control back to Yaz, now I'm freaking my vulvodynia will come back. I will die that will be my breaking point. But yeah, the bleeding is still there he put me on two birth control pills at the same time until the bleeding stops which may be never. But I'll be damned if the vulvodynia comes back I will be a bigger wreck than I already am. But I trust my doc, he's a specialist in vulvar problems, so I would assume he wouldn't do anything that would make it come back, I guess since I can only use pads, its probably rubbed on me, this is day 8. I hope it stops soon, I'm a wreck.

I understand what you are going through. I am going through a similar situation with heavy prolonged bleeding, extremely painful periods, and menstrual irregularity. I know I have had some on and off trouble with ovarian cysts, but I haven't got an official diagnosis from my doctor due to some insurance issues. I have migraines, severe pain, and trouble sleeping as well. I also suffer from multiple health conditions. I also know how hard it is to find a doctor that takes these problems seriously. It sounds like your doctor knows what he's doing and understands you problems. Just keep him informed if things don't get better. I hope everything works out and things get better for you.

Hi Alana3, I can really say I know how you feel! I too have extreme bleeding episodes, clotting, extremely heavy bleeding, always lasting for a minimum of 14 days....the last one I had lasted over 100 days (I am not kidding, I wish I was!!!!!) and at some points I literally felt like the life had been sucked out of me, I couldnt leave the house sometimes due to the bleeding and just being a complete mess..... I wish I could say more than I know how you feel....but I really do! I am sorry you're going through this......just know you are NOT crazy and NOT alone. IF anyone bleed this way for this long they would feel like a 'hot mess' (to put it lightly!!!!!) as well.

I'm from Minnesota. I've recently did a journal entry on my endo journey thus far. I had heavy bleeding, pretty much non-stop, for 13 or 14 years. So I definitely feel for anybody that has heavy bleeding!

Right now, I'm just soooo confused with everything! Went to my doc on Friday, a new doc, and I'm just confused. On one hand, she actually listened to me and is trying new options, on the other hand she won't do a lap and wants to try other procedures first. She's going to do a biopsy on the 21st, would that show endometrial tissue if it's a good sample? I had an ultrasound yesterday too, I don't know the full results but the technician did say that my left ovary isn't where it's supposed to be! I'm wondering, and I'll bring this up to her, if this is why I have chronic pain in my lower abdomen?

Thoughts anyone?

@MNGirl32 It sounds like your left ovary is stuck to your uterine wall or somewhere else by adhesions.

Whyme123, yeah those are my thoughts as well. See what my doc says after she reviews the ultrasounds. Hate how endo is so confusing with so many unanswers!

I actually changed my birth control and feel a hell of a lot better maybe try that?
