I have to vent - anyone else hate to poo? Ugh, I must have endo and/or adhesions on my intestines and/or bowel because I'm so exhausted and in pain after a good...ah hem.

I was having major issues with pain when I go. I decided to order one of those squattie potties. I didn't get the real one, I got this one:

It has made a HUGE difference for me. They say it is a healthier way to poop. I saw it recommended on another endo website. I was skeptical, but surprised at the difference.
